The ask

Tractor Supply Co. was looking for a creative way to break through the noise of traditional holiday promotions and connect with their audience on a more personal level.

What we did

We all know that dads are notoriously difficult to shop for, often leaving us stumped when holiday seasons roll around. Tapping into the culturally relevant trend of "dadcore," we helped Tractor Supply Company launch the "Dad Squad" to address this universal challenge.

Tractor Supply's "Dad Squad," composed of dad employees, used their insights to provide personalized gift recommendations for any budget, blending humor with dad jokes in their suggestions. Promoted through a strategic campaign, including social media and a holiday guide, the initiative highlighted dad favorites like Yeti, Carhartt, and Blackstone products. This approach made Tractor Supply a top choice for holiday shoppers seeking gifts for dads.

In addition to conceptualizing this unique approach, I collaborated with our internal art director to organize pre-production with Tractor Supply Company's creative team. I then directed the shoot remotely and assisted with post-production, ensuring the campaign's vision was perfectly captured.
